4. Institutional Agreements and Cooperation

Agreements, partners, and plans under discussion are not presented as confirmed. We publish them only after obtaining the necessary approvals.

5. Personal and Confidential Information

Personal information, contractual secrets, security information, and other inappropriate information are not disclosed.

6. Member Information

Only items approved by the member or organization are published.
